In Czech Republic there is not at the moment a national agreement on civil dialogue.

As a consequence, there is not a legal text such as a Charter or an Agreement on civil dialogue which establishes the rules of the game when it comes to the dialogue between the Government and the NGO sector . There is only a dialogue through the special Council of the Czech government which meet at least 4 timesa year.

In addition there is a special Government resolution from January 2009 regarding the development of NGOs´ sector (it was the result of the overwhelming collaboration of NGOs approved in the final stage by the Czech government within that January 2009).

One of CEDAG national members (ASOCIACENNO) reported to be working with soimportant umbrellas from various sectors on the issue of a national Agreement/Charter. They have aspecial working group with the Czech Government on that issue.
